The new round of basic education reform on China’s basic education far-reaching, and achieved remarkable results, but also showed significant regional differences. I work in the school for which the existence of a typical high school education in economically backward regions of the two major drawbacks:on the one hand the overall quality of students drop, no interest in learning and teamwork; on the other hand teaching methods and means backward. And learning (PBL) problem-based questions for students to explore spiritual consciousness and can play a significant role in providing ideas for the new high school’s curriculum.About PBL By theoretical knowledge, to define the concept of PBL, the analysis of the basic characteristics of PBL, PBL demonstrated the new curriculum is in line with the concept of teaching strategies. On this basis, to clarify the biological significance of teaching the introduction of PBL, try teaching practice in high school biology teaching in the new analysis and evaluation of teaching effectiveness, reflection summarized the problems, which make ordinary high school biology teaching new lessons conducted PBL recommendations.Practice of the paper to teaching "cell material input and output" unit as a case of PBL teaching process has been demonstrated through practice to develop procedures to carry out PBL teaching. Case Management gives students the role of saline agricultural experts, students are required to complete a treatment program Saline; as the basis for cooperative learning PBL finally showcase student learning outcomes. Through PBL, students master the theoretical knowledge cell material input and output, and can utilize to solve practical problems, the development of students’ creative thinking and problem solving skills.Finally, analysis of the results of the practice, inductive practice and the lack of research findings and make recommendations to optimize PBL teaching.
