The rapid development of science and technology has made a profound impact on human mode of production,life style and mode of thinking,in the field of education,the students and teaching environment that teachers face have already changed a lot,and the new educational milieu put forward new requirement to today's teachers.With the further development of educational informatization,new curriculum reform and teachers' professional development,the school-based training from the bottom up plays an increasingly important role in teachers' education.At the same time,the network-based training becomes more and more important in teachers' education,and leads the reform and innovation of traditional school-based training,network-based training and school-based research from confrontation to integration,Blended training becomes a new fashion of teacher education."U-S" cooperation provides a new way for blended training,which ensures the mixing of online and offline activities,the mixing of learning and practice.This study mainly analyzed the related theories about "school-based training","network-based training" and "U-S" cooperation issues at home and abroad.On the basis of former research,the author tried to build a blended training mode which is based on "U-S" cooperation in the network environment,relying on the partnership between "U-S",blending the network-based training and the school-based practice,it will promote the improvement of teachers' learning and practical ability.The purpose of this paper is to provide some effective models for current teacher training,and give some reference and guidance for the development of effective training activities.Firstly,the paper started from the basis of promoting teachers' professional development and improving the quality of education,the author analyzed the concept pertaining to "School-based","School-based training","Network-based training","Blended Training" and other related concepts,Next,the author summarized the state quo relating to "school-based training","network-based training" and "U-S" cooperation issues at home and abroad.What's more,the author made an in-depth analysis about Constructive Learning Theory,Activity Theory,Adult Learning Theory,Experiential Learning Circle Theory and Mixed learning theory.At last,the authorfurther clarify the ideas of this study.Secondly,On the basis of the above research,the author provided the ideas,methods and principles should be followed in this study,Then the author put forward the conception mode of blended training which including research activities,research process and research environment by analyzing the elements.Lastly,the author constructed the mode of the blended training based on "U-S" cooperation that it is in the network environment.Moreover,in order to further improve the mode and verify the effectiveness of the model,the author conducted a study that was based on the cooperation between some experimental schools and Northwest Normal University.Take the design and research of micro course as an example,The author described the application process of the model in detail,The application process is displayed according to the five stages of the blended training mode based on "U-S" cooperation in the network environment.Then,In order to know the application effect of the mode,on the one hand,the author collected the teachers' learning traces in the network training platform,on the other hand,after completing a series of training activities,the study uses a questionnaire investigation and some in-depth interviews to investigate training effect with the members of the training.The purpose is to understand the application of this model.Finally,ugh the above-mentioned analysis analysis,the author puts forward the following conclusions: blended training mode based on "U-S" cooperation in the network environment provides new idea for teachers training;Practice shows that model is effective;the teachers' participation and attitude have a direct impact on Teachers' learning effect,and the well-designed environment and activities is contribute to the professional development of teachers.
