As China gradually pays more attention to pre-school education and hope to achieve the balanced development of children’s personality and preschool teacher group, more and more yang men become preschool teachers. Their emotional state greatly influences the development of children’s education. Based on this, the influential factors of male preschool teachers’ emotional labor are studied in this paper. On the one hand, it can enrich the connotation of emotional labor research, and make managers more in-depth understanding of the emotional state of male kindergarten teachers which can provide a reference for future policy formulation. On the other hand, it is helpful to the male kindergarten teachers and children’s physical and mental development.Firstly, the relevant literature on emotional labor, the factors which influence teachers’ emotional labor and the emotional labor of preschool teachers are systematically conducted and reviewed in this thesis. On this basis, the thesis carries on a further statement of the object of study, tools and methods, and then finds the main factors influencing male kindergarten teachers’ emotional labor by collating and analyzing the data obtained from interviews and questionnaires. Finally, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote male kindergarten teachers’ love and dedication for work better.Through 110 male kindergarten teachers’ interviews and questionnaires from Zhengzhou city, Kaifeng city, Zhoukou city etc. in Henan province, this paper found that emotional labor shallow performance was significantly correlated with income. In the next factor analysis, according to the factor feature and variance contribution table and gravel array factor, 5 factors were extracted. On this basis, combined with the actual situation of the development of preschool education in our country, this article puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the individual level, working level and organizational level. The individual level includes lofty ideals, strengthen the occupation identity, and improving the professional quality; The working level is to unite colleagues, participate actively in the various activities of the kindergarten; The level of organization is to create conditions actively, which help to give the male preschool teachers positive support in income distribution, in professional growth, personal development and so on. Male preschool teachers’ emotional labor is influenced by many factors. The performance of the preschool teachers’ emotional labor will have a certain impact on the formation of children’s healthy personality. Therefore, in order to promote the pre-school education in our country faster and better development, we must rely on the joint efforts from the social, kindergartens and preschool teachers.
