The new high school ideological and political curriculum emphasizes the practicality and openness of curriculum implementation. It pays more attention to fostering students’ideological and political quality, improving students’ability to participate in modern society and lay the foundation for students’all-round and life-long development. It puts forward higher requirements for the high school ideological and political classroom teaching. Activity is the source and the mechanism of the formation of man’s subjectivity. Man’s development is mainly done in the activity. Main body activity is the foundation of man’s development. The implementation of high school ideological and political classroom teaching based on activity is the objective requirement of the implementation of new curriculum concept. It is of great significance for student’s development and effective teaching. This paper is divided into four parts to explore.The first part is about the meaning of the implementation of high school ideological and political classroom teaching based on activity and its significance. This part explain the meaning and main form of the implementation of high school ideological and political classroom teaching based on activities, then classify its characteristic. Finally, its significance is analyzedThe second part analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of high school ideological and political classroom teaching based on activities. It mainly includes that the classroom teaching goal implementation does not reach the designated position,the teachers’ role implementation does not reach the designated position, the student main body status has not reach the designated position and so on.The third part analyzes the reasons of these problems. This part mainly analyzes them from the lack of knowledge, the lack of coping ability, the lack of necessary conditions for support.The fourth part puts forward the improvement measures for the existing problems. It mainly includes that deepen the understanding to the high school ideological and political classroom teaching based on activities, improve teachers’ teaching ability and the students’ ability of participation, create a good classroom teaching environment improve the evaluation system of high school ideological and political classroom teaching based on activity.
