Our country is currently in a critical period of the new curriculum, school teachers’ educational philosophy, teaching methods are in urgent need of change, so as to provide effective protection for the implementation of the new curriculum. With the continuous development of information technology in education, the application of information technology is essential for basic education. The relevant state policies also made clear that the application of information technology of primary and secondary school teachers is very important role and significance. It can enhance to accelerate education information technology and achieve the modernization of education. "The national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020) "(hereinafter referred to as the outline) also explicitly proposed the training objectives of the national primary and secondary school teachers in information technology application ability. In the actual teaching work the application of information technology is the ability to assess one of the elements of primary and secondary teachers teaching ability. At present, the overall level of China’s primary and secondary school teachers in information technology application ability is low, it is necessary to carry out the training activities.Teachers and scholars research information technology standards and models. The research on the training is less, and the study of training courses is more less, but the courses is one of the important factors affecting the training effectiveness. Study training courses for school teachers, to identify training courses that can meet the practical needs well has important significance to improve training effect.I use literature summarizes the related present situation of teacher- information technology application ability training, find out that the training content in practical training is often behind the actual development of information technology. Many courses are useless for teachers, and training effect is not good, which made Training course design questions. Then research domestic and foreign information technology standards for primary and secondary schools teachers through literature research and comparative study, understand the specific content of the various standards, understand the ability requirements that different country ask for, find out the common content,then conclude and classify, work out a ability standard which has three dimension. Referring to corporate training system designed five-step method, based on the developed good standard. Combined with Likert five-point scale method to design the questionnaire, select school teachers in Suzhou City for the survey, To carry out the questionnaire, Analyze the data, complete training program design and calculate the weights.We will use the designed training courses in Suzhou City school teachers’ practical training, then through questionnaires to survey training effect, and improve the training curriculum design.It makes a contribution to enhance the information technology application ability of teachers.
