As the policy that building up a harmonious society needs a large quantity of social workers introduced by our country, the development of social work even has became a barometer and a reactor that reflect the political advancement and the people’s livelihood acuity in one region, the social work institutions also have sprung up,too. and the study of social work agencies are accelerating their pace.Due to the social work agencies start lately and develop in a fast pace, their basic construction cannot keep up with the rapid emergence of their quantity. The human resources management in all social work agencies has not yet been given the attention it deserves, which leads to loose and low satisfaction in their management. In recent years, the Government’s funding and policy support promote the growth of social work instutution. However, building within institutions couldn’t keep up the sharp increase of social work institution. The current internal human resources management situation for social work agencies still didn’t get the attention it deserves, the satisfaction of a social work agency social worker staff did not concern. Accelerated on the research of social work institutions human resources management situation,and carried out professional of human resources management specifically in social work institutions, not only good for playing the potential of human resources in a slcial work in situations, helps social work institutions helps peopleachieve their goal, helps increased the theory research of social work institutions human resources management, but also have important implication for the long-term development of social work institutions and the specialization and professional of social work.The surveys take D social work agencies in Guangzhou as example, analysising in the form of an empirical on this issue through questionnaires and interviews, the results show what problem the current social work agencies on human resources management has:The recruitment of social work agencies lack of scientific standards and procedures; The rrofessional supervision and training in the social work agency mechanism is not perfect; The employee performance appraisal indexes is unscientific and the incentive mechanism is too simple; In-house employee relations get little importance, lacking of activities and mechanisms which can active the effective promotion of employee relations. Therefore, the satisfaction of social work institutions staff to the Agency’s human resources management is low.To resolve these problems, need to be improved from the following aspects:1) build up a macro-environment including the government, leaders, staffs, experts and scholars that puts emphasis on social work human resources management, trade associations should contribute to the comprehensive talent cultivation and introduction for social work agencies and.2) the institutions and colleges could cooperate by students internship, and in the process of mutual adaptation select the right talents and configure to the right positions to avoid blindness of choice.3) the values of social workers Guide.4) increase channels of funding sources, and so on.Accelerating research on human resources management situation in social work institutions, carrying out targeted professional human resources management not only help the institutions to play its potential in human resources management, to achieve their target to help other people, to increase theory research for social work institutions human resources management, but also are of great significance for the long-term development of the social work institutions and the specialization and professionalization of the Social Work.
