| As of 2017,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has more than 85 social work service agencies,of which only Urumqi City has 12 social work agencies.As the core of a thriving social work service organization,human resource management plays a decisive role in the development of social service organizations.The basic contents of social work human resources management include attracting talents,training talents,developing talents,maintaining talents and performance management.These five aspects in turn constitute a complete process.The establishment and improvement of a set of effective social work service agencies are of great significance to the development of Xinjiang social work institutions.First of all,this paper expounds the background of the topic,the practical significance and theoretical significance of the topic,and sorts out and summarizes the current situation of human resource management of social workers at home and abroad.It is guided by motivation theory in human resource management theory.This article selects 3 social work service agencies in Urumqi that have a high degree of acceptance,accept a large number of projects,and have good operating conditions,and have access to resource advantages and development advantages.The research methods used are literature survey and questionnaire survey to conduct in-depth research on the status quo of the development of social service agencies in Urumqi.Secondly,through the status quo of human resources management of social workers in Urumqi,the problems were found:failure to follow procedures and principles for personnel recruitment and deployment,lack of training needs analysis and plans for social work service agencies,and lack of training for social work service agencies.Needs analysis and planning and other issues.Thirdly,to explore and analyze a series of problems in the human resources management of social service agencies in Urumqi.The main concerns are insufficient attention from institutional leaders,arbitrarily recruiting staff,unsound incentive mechanisms,and lack of training analysis and plans.Finally,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the problems,and establishes a human resources management system for Urumqi’s job service agencies through the establishment of ascientific manpower recruitment management system,intensification of personnel training for social work service agencies,and the use of individualized values to retain people.Made recommendations and developments. |
