The higher vocational colleges is an importance part of higher professional educational system, well known for providing highly talented labor force to HR market, especially the position of construction, manufactory, and public or private service. It’s no wonder that the morality standard of the graduate students from higher vocational colleges could influence the entire labor force as a whole. Since the society is changing rapidly, the more well- rounded labor force would be more welcomed by the companies. Unfortunately, in recent years, people seem to be more focused on professional skills, but morality standard is not given enough attention to. That’s not a good news to graduate student if he/she want to have a successful career life, for morality level determines ones future. So, it is very important for the higher vocational colleges to improve their morality education, theoretically and practically. And a win-win situation for both colleges and companies would be created. Therefore, it is imperative to enhance the professional morality education in the higher vocational college. And this has significance both in theory and in practice. On the theoretical side, it improves the rich connotations of the professional morality education in the higher vocational college, completes the carrier and platform, and facilitates the implementation, mutual promotion and integrated development of perfect morality and skills, On the practical side, it strengthens the students’ identity with the professional morality, helps them to establish a correct outlook on life and values, and promotes the vocational education’s benign development with production and education’s blend and colleges and enterprises’ winning together.The article has four parts.In the first part, the background, purpose, and method of the paper is discussed, and the situation of vocational morality education is reviewed by analyzing the articles published both at home and abroad.And then the definition of vocational morality education is given in the second part, which is based on Man’s comprehensive development theory of Marxism, the morality recognition development theory of Kohlberg, and daily life education theory of Tao Xingzhi. The five features of vocational morality education are highlighted; those are target, subject, method, content, and management.A questionnaire survey is carried out, and the result is analyzed in the third part. Hebei chemical medicine technical college in the city of Shijiazhuang, and Hebei building materials technical college in the city of Qinhuangdao, and Baoding vocational technical college are selected as samples, the paper points out eight problems in vocational morality education. 1. Objectives of moral education for talents are not specific. 2. The curriculum of higher vocational colleges focuses on theory instead of practice. 3. The educational method is outdated. 4. The assignment and assessment of faculty of higher vocational is not enough. 5. Professional morality education activities is with poor quality. 6. Professional morality education of higher vocational colleges and the employers focuses on different points. 7. The students and the employers don’t approve the same professional morality education. 8. Higher vocational colleges and the employers evaluate professional morality education in different ways.Then a solution is brought out with pertinence in the fourth part, which contains eight aspects. One, according to the objective needs of the development of students comprehensive, adjust the goal of higher vocational education. Two, make new arrangement of the morality education courses by integrating the current educational recourses. Three, the morality education courses should be more practical. Four, improve the staff of morality education faculty, and develop an evaluation system to supervise how it’s running. Five, upgrade the activities held for morality education purpose, make them truly inspiring. Six, make sure the students have an adequate understanding of the crucial point of the morality education. Seven, narrowing the disagreement of colleges and companies on the issue of morality education purpose with negotiation. Eight, by introducing the standard of HR market, help the student to design their career life in the perspective of professional morality.
