Education is the eternal topic of human, and it is the cornerstone of social development. With the deepening of education reform and the advancement of Diathesis Education. Requires the education start from the student’s point of view, take the students as student-centered, with full respect for the students’ personality characteristics, promote the overall development of students. Under the background of Diathesis Education, a comprehensive evaluation of student’s learning effect is not just for the evaluation of students’knowledge level, but also treats the students’ learning performance, learning ability as the factors of student’s learning effect. However, students’ learning performance and ability with uncertainty and ambiguity, unable to get a precise value to express how well a student perform and the ability is strong or weak, and in the school learning process the learning behavior that can reflect the students’ learning performance and the ability is limited, the students’learning effect factors of uncertainty, ambiguity and the emergence of the problem of poor information, resulting in the traditional evaluation method in the learning effect evaluation is not adapt to and the result of the deviation problem. Under the background of these problems, through a more scientific and objective evaluation methods for evaluation of learning effect. In order to provide a strong basis for the effective implementation and promotion of Diathesis Education. It is the focus of this study.This study aims to use grey clustering technology, to establish a learning effect evaluation model that suitable for the pupils under the background of Diathesis Education. And make comprehensive evaluation for students through establishing a new student learning effect evaluation index system. The index system and the evaluation model that established in this study are different from others, it has its own unique evaluation characteristics what the innovation of this study. Grey clustering is a method of grey decision-making in the grey system theory, and it is a new method of research data quantity is little, information with uncertainty problem. The study applied this method to the comprehensive evaluation of students learning effect, soluted the problem well that learning effect factors of uncertainty, ambiguity and less amount of data. In this study, on the basis of the contrast study on the existing research, and combined with in-depth analysis of diathesis education learning content. Established the comprehensive evaluation index system of students’ learning effect under the diathesis education through questionnaire investigation and expert interview. At the same time, established the learning effect evaluation model based on grey clustering, analyzed the performance and the conditions of the model, and gives the data process of the model in the application. This study uses the grey clustering method from gray system theory to establish the comprehensive evaluation model of learning, and presents a model in the application of data processing. In order to verify the feasibility and validity of the model, combined with the design method of the questionnaire to design a questionnaire for students learning and learning effect comprehensive performance statistical investigation, the questionnaire results as input parameters of the model, the statistical results as a frame of reference model output results, model output and the frame of reference is obtained by example. Meanwhile, through contrast and analysis with traditional evaluation method named total score, found that the results by total score method was large different from the reference results. And then verified the actual effectiveness of the model that established in the study which used to evaluate the students’ learning effect. Comprehensive these calculations and statistical results, found that the learning effect evaluation model based on grey clustering cloud still get more accurate evaluation results under the condition of less information and uncertainty factors. But large difference between the results got by traditional evaluation method named total score and the actual situation, therefore, this study concluded that to use the grey system theory into the comprehensive evaluation of pupils’learning effect has the feasibility and effectiveness. Overall, this study achieved the purpose of the study, but limited to the theory of grey clustering that use to set whitenization weight function is ambiguity, there is further improve space of this study, in the follow-up study it is the breakthrough point to enhance the accuracy and objectivity of the model.In this paper, based on the discourse of Diathesis Education, combined with the analysis of the learning effect connotation of the pupils in the school, carded the comprehensive evaluation research status in primary teaching, summed up the deficiencies of the existing analyzes of comprehensive evaluation in the presence of pupils learning evaluation, and then discusses the significance of this research. Then summarized the evaluation index and the index system for students’learning effect, and introduced the theoretical that support this study, designed the evaluation index system based on these research. Then discusses the modeling process of the comprehensive evaluation of learning effect based on grey clustering, and analyzed the performance and characteristics of the model, and the data processing of the model, and discusses the process of the instance validation, compared and analyzed for the results, the research conclusion of this study are drawn. Finally, make a summary of the research work, while prospect for some problems and further work that appearing in the study.
