At present,the mental health of college students is influenced by many factors and has become a hot topic of social interest.The basic means of promoting the development of students’ quality of mental health is through mental health education,it is important that colleges and universities continue to pay attention to developing and improving college students’ mental health education.Currently,there are many deficiencies in college and university mental health education,such as relatively unique content and a monotonic form of instruction.In order to evaluate the current status of the effect level of college students’ mental health education,analyze the problems existing in the effect of college students’ mental health education,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions are the starting point and foothold of this paper.Following the research idea of literature review--concept definition--theoretical elaboration--empirical analysis--problem discovery--countermeasures,this paper uses questionnaire survey,fuzzy comprehensive assessment and other methods for analysing existing problems in the mental health education of college A students,and advances countermeasures and suggestions.First of all,through literature review,the research topic is clearly defined,core concepts such as mental health and mental health education are defined,and basic theories such as new human capital and student development are expounded,which lays a conceptual and theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,through questionnaire survey,use the AHP to construct the system of assessment indices of the effect of college students’ mental health education.And then use the fuzzy exhaustive evaluation method to analyze the effect of college students’ mental health instruction from two aspects of comprehensiveness and classification.Based on this,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are advanced.Finally,the results show that,on the one hand,overall,college students have a good level of mental health education but there are large differences in ability at the grade level and individual experience level;On the other hand.College students have a low awareness of "improving mental health cognition" and "actively seeking psychological help".In addition,the connection between theory and practice in college students’ mental health education is obviously insufficient.Therefore,this paper advances the following countermeasures and suggestions: First,to optimize the mode of teaching mental health in colleges and universities,with a focus on innovating the form of mental health education for college students,enriching the content of mental health education activities,and the like.Second,improve the professional level of mental health education teachers,increase the investment of teachers,focus on improving the professional level of teachers’ mental health literacy,strengthen communication with students and other aspects.Third,enhance students’ self-education ability,focusing on improving students’ attention to mental health education,strengthening self-learning and other aspects.
