with the rapid development of national economy, the increasing double type teachers staff is needed and it plays an important role in the vocational education."double type" teachersplay an important role in the development of vocational education, it is impossible to bring upqualified talents without a team of excellent teachers, and also is impossible to obtain a highlevel of teaching quality. Vigorously developing secondary vocational and technicaleducation, and establishing “double type" teacher teams to sufficient number,qualifiedquality and reasonable structure, is the fundamental thing for secondary vocational education.And through researching the construction of "double-type" teacher team for secondaryvocational schools, grasps its problems in cultivation, and analyzes the reasons for the existedproblems, and puts forward strategies and suggestions,,all of above is not only beneficial toimprove the teachers’ professional quality of secondary vocational school in our nation, butalso can guarantee the development of vocational education.The paper analyzed the necessity of the construction of double type teaching staff with the situation that the state develops the vocational education vigorously, that is the constructionof double type teaching staff is a necessary requirement for vocational education reform; the construction of double type teaching staff is a necessary requirement of economic society; the construction of double type teaching is the objective requirement of learning society. By the methods of literature, questionnaire, comparison and observation, the paper summarize in detailthree effects of the construction of double type teaching staff combining with the trends of secondary vocational schools: it benefits scale development transformed into intension development for the secondary vocational schools; it benefits to meet the demand of enterprises for the skilled personnel; it benefits to form the way of personnel training of the secondary vocational schools, that is people-oriented. Taking Shanxi Auto Mechanic School as an example and combining the practice of the secondary vocational schools, the author consulted relevant system documents, interviewing with academic staff, managers and full-time teachers, reviewing systematically the situation of the construction of double type teaching staff in the secondary vocational education, summarizing six issues existed in the construction of double type teaching staff in the secondary vocational schools at present: we do not have a unified understanding for the double type teaching staff; the low proportion of the double type teaching staff and faculty structure is not reasonable; the training system of the double type teaching staff leaves much to be desired; the cooperation between school and enterprise, combination of producing and teaching is lack of long-termmechanism; the benefit at work of the double type teaching staff has no definite advantages; the double type teaching staff is lack of career planning. The paper analyzed the reason of these issues, that is the understanding for the double type teaching staff in the secondary vocational education exist deviation, the construction of double type teaching staff in the secondary vocational education become a formality, there is lack of scientific management system for the double type teaching staff, there is lack of the support of national policy for the double type teaching staff, the foundation of social mass basis is a weak link, the enthusiasm of the participate of enterprise is not high. Finally, on the basis of foreign research, the paper learns from the foreign experience about vocational education. The author proposes some strategies from threeaspects: firstly, relevant policy should be made to construct double type teaching staff; secondly, the training system should be established for the double type teaching staff; thirdly, carrying out the cooperation between enterprise and school which is an effective way to construct the double type teaching staff.
