| Teachers’ capacity and quality impact the profession education’s innovtion and development,and "double type" teachers are the backbone force to cultivate professional and technical talents.Through the construction of "double type" team,more professional and technical talents can be cultivated.Starting from 2019,China will strengthen the training of "double type" teachers,and train "double type" teachers in vocational education through multiple channels and means.However,certain problems still exist.For example,the teacher structure is not reasonable,the teacher access source is single,lack excellent training system,stimulation measure and evaluation system are deficient,the related teacher "practical" experience is not enough,these problems affect the "double teacher" team construction and improvement,limit our countries’ profession education’s development.According to domestic and international advanced experience of "double type" teachers,from the perspective of public management,such as human resource management,teachers’ specialization theory as the support,public secondary vocational schools in dalian "double division type" team research,summarizes the analysis in the construction of "double type" teachers,the problems existing in the from of public policy,management system,incentive mechanism,and strengthen the communication between colleges,etc,to seek solutions.Our paper have four parts,at first introduce the paper’s writting background,significance and purpose.The second part is the investigation and research on the construction status of double type teachers in public secondary vocational schools in Dalian city.The third part,based on the research results,mentions the problems about "double type" teachers in public medium vocational-technical school in Dalian,at the same time,states the reason about the problem.The fouth part,according to domestic and international advanced experience of "double type" teachers,"double division type" from the specification qualification certification system,the establishment of a "double type" teachers in the security system,improve the system of "double division type" teacher training,improve the assessment and incentive system,a sound system of university-enterprise cooperation teaching five aspects,such as exploring countermeasures and Suggestions for the construction of "double type" teachers. |
