In the State Council's opinions on strengthening the Construction of Teachers' ranks,it is pointed out that "the construction of teachers' ranks in vocational schools is focused on the" double-type "teachers,and it is necessary to give full play to the role of industry enterprises and perfect the training and training system".At the same time,the National Plan for the Reform and implementation of Vocational Education makes it clear that "by 2020,the number of" double-qualified "teachers(teachers with both theoretical and practical teaching abilities)will be more than half of the total number of professional teachers.School-enterprise cooperation is not only an important part of the development strategy of vocational colleges,but also an important way for the construction of "double-teacher" teachers in vocational colleges.Therefore,this paper puts forward the cooperation between schools and enterprises,the joint construction,and the training of secondary vocational schools.School"double-type" teachers.The purpose of this study is to use the questionnaire method and the interview survey method to select the middle school and the related enterprises of Ji 'an to investigate the subject,and prepare the questionnaire on the construction of the "double-teacher" teaching staff in the middle school of Ji' an,and the outline of the interview with the relevant personnel.through the arrangement of the results of the investigation,it was found that :(1)the teachers' recognition of the concept of "double-type" teachers is not high,and the recognition of the "double-type" teachers' team-building system is relatively low.The level of theoretical and practical teaching of "double-qualified" teachers is generally higher than that of non-"double-qualified" teachers,and it is 95.7.Eight percent of teachers think the benefits and benefits of "double-qualified" teachers are better.At the same time,51.20% of teachers have full confidence in the cooperation between schools and enterprises in the construction of "double-type" teachers.(2)School administrators believe that the identification standards and related management system of "double-type" teachers still need to beimproved.The theoretical and practical teaching ability of the "double-teacher" teachers needs to be improved,and the teaching enthusiasm needs to be stimulated.Teachers training opportunities also need to be increased.(3)the managers of school-enterprise cooperative enterprises have indicated that they are very willing to provide training for school teachers and students as well as technical support for teachers.However,some enterprise managers list Show,at present the school-enterprise cooperation level is lower,the cooperation form is single,the cooperation benefit attraction is weak.Enterprises are willing to participate in the construction of the "double-teacher" teacher team is not highly motivated.The investigation results show that the number of "double teachers" is insufficient,the skill level of "double teachers" needs to be improved,the main body of school-enterprise co-construction is insufficient,and the system of school-enterprise cooperation and co-construction is not perfect enough,and the system of cooperation and co-construction between schools and enterprises is not perfect enough.The foundation of school-enterprise cooperation is not solid enough.Based on this,the author suggests that we should strengthen the cooperation training of "double teachers",perfect the construction system of "double teachers",set up the resource bank of "double teachers" and "double teachers" in cooperation between schools and enterprises,and improve the cooperation of "double teachers" in school-enterprise cooperation.To innovate the new mode of training "double-teacher" teachers and give full play to the leading role of the government in the co-construction of schools and enterprises.
