We look forward to a lot of in-depth, innovativeresearch to the development of long-distance running projects in China to find abreakthrough, sweep these years of decline.The basis of professional sports performance is the high level of training, for middleand long distance running such fitness oriented projects, training course design ofphysical fitness training directly determines the capacity development and competitionstrength athletes. Of every hue in the training method and the training mode, theintermittent training method is not new, but for decades have been widely used, highlycoaches athletes, the key lies in the interval training has great flexibility, can accordingto the athlete’s training condition for careful adjustment, can be any need for speed andstrength used for simulation game, but also has a strong pertinence, energy development,effective mixed aerobic and anaerobic aerobic capacity, and is very suitable to enhancethe physical fitness level of athletes.This study will packet interval and heart rate monitoring methods combined,training courses designed in detail according to the specific situation of the subjects ofathletes, in2013the whole training season, the speed endurance quality several trackand field team main subjects in middle and long distance runners for specialstrengthened training, through the gradient compression intermittent time graduallyincreased metabolic load, forcing players to adapt to, and then promote the anaerobicenergy supply capacity, lactate tolerance and aerobic respiration efficiency, improve therecovery rate, and enhance the training and competition results. After15class highstrength training course and the corresponding class test, it is clear to see the ability ofathletes has been enhanced: the average400m score in the target heart rate increasedfrom1:09to1:06600m average score increased from1:51to1:46800m average scoreincreased from2:28to2:23,1km average score increased from3:55to3:46,2km the average score increased from8:16to8:02, average3km score was increased from13:27to13:08.
