Research On The Path Of The Primary And Secondary School Teachers’ Professional Development

To improve teachers’quality, teachers’professional development is needed. Teachers’ professional development, this subject at home and abroad in recent years has become one of the hottest topics for more and more education researchers and frontline teachers.This study based on the related theory of teachers’professional development, on the basis of documentary review, mainly by the method of survey, take the path of the in-depth research for different stages of three teachers’professional development.
