To improve teachers’quality, teachers’professional development is needed. Teachers’ professional development, this subject at home and abroad in recent years has become one of the hottest topics for more and more education researchers and frontline teachers.This study based on the related theory of teachers’professional development, on the basis of documentary review, mainly by the method of survey, take the path of the in-depth research for different stages of three teachers’professional development. Finally the study put forward the proposals for the teachers in different phases of professional development.adoption:to raise the consciousness of teachers’professional development to make career planning, at the same time, to cultivate the correct cognition and attitude, and to establish some guidance mechanism by self. Goal orientation:to create opportunities, to accept all kinds of challenge, to all rivers run into sea, in particular,keep on learning traditional culture. Self exploration:focus on the expert’s leading and scientific research of education, at the same time, pay attention to practice, form education wisdom from practice.. The creative period:pay attention to the education innovation, encourage the inspired teachers to render more works, and play a role of the "teacher".Writer expects that the way of different stages of teachers’professional development can give reference to the other teachers. Teachers can get better and grow faster.
