Study On The Layout Adjustment Of Primary And Secondary Schools In Rural

The layout adjustment of rural primary and secondary schools is beneficial to optimizing the allocation of educational resources, deepening the reform of basic education, the development of rural compulsory education so as to the overall quality of people, the improvement of the country's comprehensive national strength. In this paper, the author chooses Henan city G rural primary and secondary schools as a problem to study. Through the use of study method, such as literature study, survey, interviews, case studies and field studies ,on the basic of the distribution of related theory of primary and secondary schools adjustment and the screen and the right overall grasp of city G's comprehensive education ,the author goes into towns, villages, schools, families to survey the problem of city G in the process of the layout adjustment of primary and secondary schools, probes and analyses the cause of problems, and advances some suggestion and countermeasure to improving the layout adjustment of rural primary and secondary schools.The study found that the problem of the layout adjustment of rural primary and secondary schools mainly exist in the system problems ,the outlay security problems, the day-to-day management of the school after adjustment, students' traffic problems, teachers' ensure problems and a series of negative effects bring with the layout adjustment. Such problems affect the successful development of the rural primary and secondary schools in varying degrees. To address these issues, this paper advance corresponding improvement strategies and proposals from the ideological understanding, management system, outlay guarantee, run school system, school management and so on.
