The secondary vocational school teachers are special groups. The paper aims to develop psychological quality of the secondary vocational school teachers by investigating the promotion of these group members’ psychological health and exploring operational measures for psychological quality of vocational school teachers in our province. Firstly, the paper expounds the connotation, significance and theoretical basis of psychological quality training. To conduct this study, we have employed literature method and questionnaire survey. A sample survey of Parts of Fuzhou secondary vocational school teachers was conducted to assess the situation and individual differences in psychological quality of the secondary vocational school teachers. Findings from this study show the relationships between teachers and students, self-efficacy and social evaluation altogether influence teachers’ psychological quality. Thus, three measures to cultivate teachers’ psychological quality, constructing support system, formulating a reasonable occupation planning, and learning how to control emotions are discussed.
