| After being carried out in the West more than a century, the career planning gradually spread to China. However, it still mainly serves the people who just enter the workplace and have career confusions and the college student. As for the much larger middle-school student group, the career planning is almost the new thing. Even about the rare vocational education, it is just a mere formality but better than nothing.In this paper, a provincial key middle school in a third-tier city was selected to do the field research. From the questionnaire survey for students of different grades and their teachers, parents, we can know that high school education is lack of career planning education. Besides, from, the connection between career planning and science-humanities division as well as the voluntary choice of college entrance examination, we can learn about that the majority of high-school students need the service for professional career planning. Then, the available market and the feasibility of high school career planning services can be proved. At the same time, after analyzing the existed career planning service model and the current situation of school career planning education, this paper put forward some related suggestions to provide high school career planning services. I hope these suggestions will be helpful to the enterprise or the person that is interested this services. |
