Secondary Vocational Education Personnel Training Mode

This research paper starts with the problems in the talent-training mode of secondary vocational education and falls into five parts to analyze them, then bring forward KAQ mode - the talent-training mode of complex applicable thought comparing the talent-training mode of our country with the talent-training mode of foreign country.The first part analyses the background and meaning of the talents-training mode of secondary vocational education ,and expatiate research actuality, the concept and connotation of talents-training mode of secondary vocational education.The second part dissertate all kinds of talents-training mode of secondary vocational education .At first, summarize the goal, characteristic, cultivation goal and the talents-training mode, and expatiate four types of secondary vocational education.The third part analyses the main modes of talents-training mode of secondary vocational education in foreign countries and draws valuable lessons from their modes.The fourth part attempts to analyze the current situation of the talents-training mode of secondary vocational education in our country and puts forward the main problems that exists in the course of the development of vocational and technical education, then design KAQ mode - the talent-training mode.The fifth part summarize the meaning, goal, content and status of this research paper .
