With the continuous development of China’s higher education, young teachers in colleges and universities has gradually become an important part of university teachers, become the main force of college education and teaching; The party’s 18 report clearly pointed out that to strengthen young university teachers team construction, improve the young teachers of ideological and political quality, promote the development of young teachers comprehensively. Due to problem of moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities is increasingly highlight, so the study of the problem of moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities has become an important subject in the field of higher education research in China, is also one of the hot issues in the department of higher education in heilongjiang province. Due to the heilongjiang province belongs to China’s northeastern border provinces, the development of the higher education level is still a big gap with the developed provinces and cities in our country, so the moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities in heilongjiang province’s always there, at the same time to deal with the problem of moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities in heilongjiang province to implement the corresponding measures are also did not achieve the desired effect, it has to do is even more urgent need of heilongjiang province government and the relevant education departments, colleges and universities young teacher itself more attaches great importance to the problem of moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities. Strengthening the study of the problems of the moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities in heilongjiang province is the need of comprehensive talent of education high quality in heilongjiang province, is the need of promoting the sustainable development of the cause of higher education in heilongjiang province, is the need of perfecting the overall qualities of college teachers in heilongjiang province. Therefore, to strengthen the moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities in heilongjiang province studies in heilongjiang province and even the development of the higher education in China has important research value.The main research methods in this paper is literature retrieval method, theoretical analysis, questionnaire investigation, and SPSS analysis; Through questionnaires shows that:the mainstream status of moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities in heilongjiang province is good, advantage, but there are still some ethics issues of the young teachers in the heilongjiang province, needing in-depth studie. This paper is divided into four most:the first part is the introduction part, mainly summarized the research background, research purpose, research significance, research status at home and abroad, the main content of research, research methods and research innovations and so on six aspects; The second part, mainly expounds the research related concepts and moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities and main basis; The third part, mainly summarizes the characteristics of moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities in heilongjiang province and the existing problems, and problems in moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities of heilongjiang province to perform causal analysis; The fourth part, according to the regional characteristics of heilongjiang province and the ethics characteristics of young teachers in colleges and universities in heilongjiang province, put forward the use of society, colleges, families and young teachers themselves four aspects together to solve the problems of the moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities of heilongjiang province are put forward. In the end, by strengthening the study of the problems of the moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities in heilongjiang province, improve the young teachers in colleges and universities in heilongjiang province of teacher’s ethics accomplishment constantly, promote the development of higher education in heilongjiang province.
