As an important part of the full-time master’s degree program system,the practical course is an important part of the full-time master’s degree education to achieve the goal of talent training,and it is the most direct and effective way to cultivate applied talents.with the Three Gorges University as a case,this research investigates and analyzes the present situation of construction of full-time professional master degree’s practice courses,combined with questionnaires,interviews,lectures and text analysis methods,to make an elementary opinion on main problems existing in the construction of practical courses,analyze the related factors and forward the corresponding optimization strategy.The paper consists of four parts: the first is an exordium composed of the reason of the topic selection,related research background and research content,research significance and related concept definition.Chapter One analyzes the current situation of the construction of practical courses from the objective,content,implementation and evaluation of practice course.The research results show: The objectives of the practical course are diverse,the formulation of the curriculum objectives is taken multiple needs into account;The types of practical course content are diverse,the acceptance of the content of the practical course is not high overall;Practice curriculum implementation can better adapt to students’ needs,but the role of the external tutor is not fully reflected;The subject of evaluation of practice courses is diverse,the evaluation of practical courses is mainly based on results evaluation.Chapter two analyzes the influencing factors of the full-time master’s degree practice course from three aspects: colleges,teachers and graduate students,based on the current situation of the construction of practical courses.It is believed that the training conditions and management system of colleges are the restrictive factors in the construction of practical curriculum;the educational concept and teaching ability of teachers are the decisive factors in the construction of practical curriculum;learning style and the learning input of graduate students are the main factors in the construction of practical curriculum.Chapter Three puts forward it is necessary to build and reform practical courses,which requires cooperation and efforts from universities,mentors and graduate students according to the influence factors.For universities,it is mainly to build a practical platform and improve the management system;teachers,as the leader of teaching,mainly change educational concepts and enhance teaching ability;graduate students themselves must improve their learning methods and improve their learning input.In short,this study takes the full-time master’s degree program as the research object.Based on the analysis of the current situation,it tries to clarify the internal and external factors that affect its construction,which can help to improve the existing university curriculum theory and has certain positive significance for deepening people’s understanding of practical courses and enriching the theory of practical courses.This study analyzes the problems existing in the construction of full-time master’s degree courses and the optimization strategies,which helps colleges to carry out targeted reforms of practical courses and ultimately improve the effectiveness of practical courses.
