It takes ten years to grow trees, but a hundred years to rear people. Especially important during mental and physical growth of students, secondary school education is the crucial growth stages in their lives, teachers plays a key role in this process. Teachers’ comprehensive qualities, moral character, enthusiasm and motivation directly influences the quality of students and the quality of talent.Lingshui County National Middle School (hereinafter referred to as ethnic Lingshui County High School) is located in Hainan minority underdeveloped regions, the quality of teaching and education level by ethnic minority people in areas of concern. Lingshui County Middle School this nation should actively explore and solve the most pressing problems the loss of teachers, through the establishment of an effective teacher incentive system, maximize their teachers’ enthusiasm and motivation, the ability to work to release the potential of teachers, so that schools the teaching and enhance the quality of teaching can achieve a certain level.In this paper, research scholars in the field of motivation, incentive theory formed the basis of the analysis of living in underdeveloped areas Lingshui County Ethnic Middle School teacher incentives stage problems in mastering the initial basic school teachers the base case of the status quo and incentives, targeted incentives for teachers designed a questionnaire, preclude the use of a literature study, a series of questionnaire analysis, case analysis, personal interviews and other research on incentive issues and analysis. Summarizes the advantages and shortcomings of Lingshui County Middle School Teacher incentives in favor of mobilizing the enthusiasm of teachers, high school teachers to identify the motivating factor.
