The Study Of Teacher Team Formation In Independent Institute’s Transition Process

At present, independent college, as an important part of higher education, inorder to comply with the requirements of the social economic development and trainbetter applied talent with higher level and higher quality, is at a critical period oftransition to transform to the application technology university. The troop of teacheris the determining factor for technical and applied talents development. Thepossibility of establishing a troop of teacher, with stable thought, reasonable structure,double competency, better teaching and practicing ability, is crucial to achieve thegoal of training applied talents, building the core competitiveness and maintainingdevelopment of independent college in a healthy and sustainable way.This paper is mainly focus on the studies of building an excellent troop ofteacher which is suitable for the development of independent college through themethod of combining theory and practice in the process of independent colleges’transition and sustainable development in the future. Taking CK College as anexample, analyzing the current situation of the independent college in China; issuesand main reasons existing in the transition of independent college, problems anddifficulties of building the troop of teacher under current system and mechanism;clearing the teaching troop construction and management system in transition periodof independent college; Based on successful experience of colleges and universitiesall over the world, exploring a set of specific way of development to solve theproblems, such as the shortage of talents, unreasonable structure, loss of personnel, inthe transformation stage for independent college, improving the overall quality ofteaching and making the overall education quality to be guaranteed during thetransition period. Teaching troop construction of independent college in transition period is thecornerstone of survival and future development of the university. The only way toimprove overall education quality, gain benefits from both economic results andsocial results and pave the way for transition and healthy development of independentcollege, is to build an excellent double quality teachers’ team and strengthen themanagement mechanism in the process of transition.
