Research On Construction Of Teaching Faculty In Independent Colleges During Transition

Independent colleges have flourish in China over the past ten years,showing its advantage of flexible management,independent colleges have made great contributions to China's' higher education,and solved the problem that students had no college to attend.The development of productive forces brought the society to rapid transition,and high-quality talents with applied technology became very popular in society.To meet the social development trends,independent colleges were also unwittingly involved into the transition tide.With the continuous development of society,more and more applied majors emerge.As an important part of China's higher education,Independent colleges strived to adjust its policy on management,and updated its teaching faculty constantly.The strong social demands for applied talents also quire the training of independent colleges must be specialized.Only by cultivating teaching faculty,independent colleges can be always in an invincible position in competition.The thesis makes main research on construction of teaching faculty in independent colleges during transition.Taking Lanzhou Finance and Economics University Longqiao College as an example,the author tries to find the problems and reasons which are existing in teaching faculty in independent colleges during transition through deep survey,and hopes those feasibility suggestions can give some help on solving the problems like unstable teachers' team and unreasonable teachers' structure and so on.Construction of teaching faculty is the key problem which decides the healthy and stable development of independent colleges during transition.As the subject of independent colleges,teaching faculty must strive to enhance its knowledge level and ability,and dedicate to serve for the colleges.The college itself also needs to improve its management system and meet the teachers' maximize benefits.Only by building excellent teaching faculty,mutual cooperation and promotion between teachers and colleges,independent colleges could improve their education quality wholly,transit smoothly and step into the path of virtuous development.
