With Chinese economic development and public service requirements forincreasing social organizations gradually into view,geopolitical Chamber ofCommerce as an important part of social organization,its value and status areincreasingly subject to public attention,geopolitical Chamber of Commerce has alsomushroomed flourished,Most geopolitical Chamber of Commerce along similartrajectories to develop,the majority of the Chamber of Commerce are facing theproblem that "Three years of itch,seven years of pain, ten years of the War".This paper attempts to select a typical problem for J Province Chamber ofgeopolitical widespread in the development process and carried out in-depthinterviews and analysis.The typical problems emerging geopolitical Chambersummarized as members of marginalized, low social participation and organizationalcrisis of confidence. During the interview process, I found that the low degree ofintegration of resources is one of the reasons,that differentiate resources. This paper chooses J Province’s H geopolitical Chamber of Commerce, as theauthor of the research object,I found the research process H Chamber of Commerceand the Chamber of Commerce does not appear widespread problem, causingreflection of the author, in-depth H Chamber of Commerce management process, Iwill integrate the mechanism of induction of three H Chamber of Commerce, the"bundling" mechanism for social legitimacy mechanisms and "business support will"mechanism."Bundling" is about nostalgia and institutional mechanisms tied toprevent members of marginalized phenomenon,using the integration of nostalgia canunite members.
