Class is every student’s major venues, in which the students learn,grow andcommunicate. The quality of classroom management has a significant impact on the growthof each student and also affects the quality of education in school teaching level. As the testapproaches, junior high school graduating class management of theexamtouches the heart of students, parents and school. At present, the presence of thegraduating class exam administered following questions: in the class management, therelationship between class teacher and students is not very harmonious; teachers and degreeof recognition are inconsistent; learning duty is arduous;“confidence"and “unrealisticexpectations"coexist;“making every effort"and “giving up"exist simultaneously; classroomteachers fragmented, emphasizing on the individual and ignoring the whole teachingmonotonous; parents’ polarization is serious;“too much attention” and “giving up” coexist;parent-child relationship has a lot of problems. The first part of this thesis is the reason,theoretical foundation, related researches, the purpose and significance of the research andintroduce the research method and research process; and the second part is based on juniorhigh school graduating class Management survey questionnaire exam analysis,and in theprocess, students’ needs are regarded as the starting point for junior high school graduatingstudents,and it summed junior high school graduating class in the exam currently existing inthe management of four a major problem, and analyzed the causes of these problems. Thethird part is to optimize the junior high school graduating class in the exam strategies and tothink about the class management respectively from four dimensions of the school, teacher,classroom teachers, parents, trying to find out some solutions to problems. Final conclusion:class work sometimes requires not only the teachers’ effort, but also needs help and supportfrom school and parents, and needs a concerted effort with the classroom teachers. It isdifficult for the teacher to change their own problems faced by students. Not only middleschool homeroom teacher in the exam but students can make more spiritual contributions tocreate a more democratic, relaxed learning atmosphere. so if we all join forces, then allproblems will be resolved smoothly.
