The Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Class Management Of Senior High School Graduating Class

Class is the basic unit of school education teaching and management activities, at the same time, it’s an important place of learning, living and growth for students in school. The success or not of school management to some extent depends on class management.The level of quality of class management influences students’ learning, living and growth directly. As a special class collective, the class management of high school graduating class becomes particularly important.The methods of documentary analysis, questionnaire and interview are mainly used in this dissertation. Firstly, Facing the College Entrance Examination, the students of high school graduating class has their own particularities. The managers of class management are able to get some bases through the analysis of the particularities. Secondly, start the investigation. In order to know more about the status of the high school graduating class management and emerging issues in the management process, the author carries on questionnaire and interview surveys to the students of six high school graduating classes and all the head teachers of high school graduating classes in three secondary schools in Shijiazhuang city, Hebei province. And makes data analyses of the results of the survey to find the problems of high school graduating class management.Thirdly,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and also provides some feasible ways for improving the quality of the high school graduating class management in the future:improve teachers’training mechanism and improve teachers’operational capacity; strengthen the communication between teachers and students and then build a better class; practice the concept of quality education and reduce the pressure on students; strengthen the relationship with other teachers and improve their classroom management participation.
