The Status Quo Of Informal Groups Of High School Students And Their Implications For Class Management

In senior high schools the student informal group is an objective existence.And it has an important influence on the class management and the individual development of senior high school students.And with the development of the era,considering the major change in the pattern of interpersonal communication caused by the network,the informal group of contemporary senior high school students has distinctive characteristics of the times and broad influence.Because in high school,students have to face the pressure of the College Entrance Examinations,parents,teachers and schools emphasize the students' intelligence development and academic achievements too much rather than the physical and mental development and interpersonal communication.Therefore,to make the class management run smoothly and promote the harmonious development of collective and individual,the investigation on the current status of informal groups in senior high school has important significance.This study selects Dalian No.25 Middle School students as subjects,to figure out the existence of the informal groups in the senior high school.Firstly,through questionnaire surveys and interviews understand the current situation of the informal group of senior high school students.Secondly,according to the survey data,this paper analyzes the characteristics,types and causes of informal group of senior high school students.The formation of the informal group has its internal driving force,such as psychological factors and emotional factors,and is also affected by external environment.Of course,this influence is mutual.Informal groups,at the same time,under the influence of the external environment also have a significant impact on the construction and management of the class,which includes positive impact and negative impact.This interaction occurs between the internal members.So,for the management of the informal groups is not isolated,a variety of factors and comprehensive various forces must be considered.According to the analysis results effective management strategies will be presented,whose characteristic is that the paper not only pays attention to the influence of informal groups on class management,but also takes the development of individuals in the group into consideration at the same time.Finally the effect which focuses on healthy and comprehensive development of senior high school students will be achieved.The aim of the paper appeals to the general education workers to have a developing vision to the informal groups with the pace of the new times.Guide informal groups to play a positive role,try to restrict and eliminate the negative effects and with the attitude full of care treat various phenomena in education management.At the same time,the paper calls for schools,families and society to work together to focus on students'physical and mental development,which offers high school students the healthy environment of growth and contributes to senior high school students' fitness into society.
