This paper mainly research the relevant problems of Junior High School Class Autonomous management. China’s Ministry of Education issued the "national medium and long-term educational reform and development plan for 2010 -- 2020" clearly mentions that adhere to the people-oriented, full implementation of quality education is a strategic theme of education reform and development, is the requirement of implementing the party’s education policy of the times. With the implementation of the basic education reform, the independent management pattern of the class has been generally accepted and recognized by the school. Researchers generally believe that the implementation of self management in class management process, is conducive to the all-round development of students, is conducive to improving the efficiency of class management. But the research about the class autonomous management for theoretical research, empirical study few, and analysis the status quo less Class Autonomous management. In this study, S middle school in Hunchun city as an example, to understand the junior class autonomous management present situation, the analysis of the current problems and causes of junior high school students autonomous management, put forward a more targeted solution strategy can to strengthen the school and other junior class autonomous management to provide some referenceBy studying the following conclusions:(1) the students lack consciousness of independent management and independent management ability is poor, the teacher in charge in the daily management in the process of the lack of the cultivation of student’s independent consciousness and self management ability, lack of home school class to build mechanism, lead to autonomous learning effect is not ideal; (2) the class cadre management ability is low, the teacher in charge of organization and management method is not scientific, flexible, and tracking of the class cadre training, cannot be effectively organized management in a timely manner to guide the class cadre, not create a good working environment for the class cadre, lead to autonomic management work efficiency is not high;(3) the teacher in charge lack of independent management evaluation of the innovation consciousness, the status quo, the method of a single, independent management evaluation should lose itself function and role; (4) the ninth grade method of the teacher in charge of activities management idea behind the ninth grade activities culture construction is not perfect; (5) most classroom teachers’ understanding of their roles are clear enough. Classroom teachers failed to form together with the teacher in charge in the process of class management, is not really involved in the class autonomous management.According to the research conclusion, put forward the following Suggestions:(1) further strengthen the cultivation of students’ management ability, improve the effect of class autonomous management. (2) carefully nurtured, head of the independent management team, improve the efficiency of class autonomous management; (3) to play the teacher in charge of coordinating role, to promote the implementation of class autonomous management; (4) to set up for the sake of students’ lifelong development of the education, to find the best way to test the cohesion; (5) the implementation of reasonable evaluation of autonomous management, give full play to the evaluation of the positive guiding role, promote the development of class autonomous management.
