Situations And Improved Strategies Of Master's Sense Of Happiness

With economic developing in high speed and increasing material living standard,social competitiveness is becoming increasingly intense,leading to stress people feel in mounting numbers.As master education is a key point to enhance comprehensive national strength and international competition,in recent years,our country's master education has been developed by leaps and bounds.Graduate students are a special group,which have received higher education as the successor of socialist modernization.Due to the pressure of employment,matrimony,and life,they gradually show psychological problems and have lower sense of happiness.Specifically,the choice of majors is more likely to affect their sense of happiness,thus decreasing their overall quality.To further get insight into the sense of happiness of masters,based on previous works,this research investigates 213 postgraduates of two universities in Xiangtan City by employing General Well-being Schedule,General Self-Efficacy Scale,and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,as well as combined with interview.The research results are composed of the following parts.First,in general,students learning unpopular majors have relative low sense of happiness,and there is no obviously different for each other in unpopular majors.Second,life satisfaction will impact on sense of happiness of masters.If they are not satisfied with life,the level of their sense of happiness is low.Third,negative emotion will influence sense of happiness of master students.Usually,they are prone to emotional instability.Fourth,the stress come from study,career,and family will exert an influence on sense of happiness.Finally,the sense of happiness was also effected by incorrect self-understanding.Before entering society,most of them possess perfectionism tendency.Based on the above results,this study under the guidance of marxist theory from the perspectives of government schools themselves,put forward the following countermeasures: lead the sets up the marxism ideal faith;To work together to ensure employment and reduce unemployment for the master's social schools;Constantly promote the adjustment of self-knowledge and evaluationBy the promotion of the master's sense of happiness,we are aimed to help them establish the correct concept of happiness and achieve free and comprehensive development.
