Study On The Distributing Actuality Of Regional Higer Education Resource In Jiangsu Province

Since the founding of the nation,pedagogy has been gradually showing thedevelopment of a variety of cluster distribution ecology influenced by different factorssuch as historical, cultural, economic, demographic, etc.Jiangsu,as a developed economicProvince,the regional higher education resource has always been the focus of thedebate.The repid development of coastal economic in southern lead to the high demandof talent.At the same time,it also play the important role of universitys’ development andprosperity.But the rest part of regional development is imbalance to the local collegesand universities.To study the regional higher education resource not only help personaltraning，knowledge innovation，cultural heritage and social service,but also radiate thewhole national development.The paper can be divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction of the background, significance, research methodsand the condition of higher education resources at this stage which is studied of domesticand abroad.The second part is the definition of related concepts and start the angle frompedagogy,economic and management.Using the basal theory of regional competition,Geographical dual economy, fair educational and sustainable development theory toconsist a evaluation to support.The third part from a macro point to introduce the condition of JiangSuProvince:regional area,population,economic and higher educational resources.And itanalyzes the historical,culture,traffic and urbanization rate factor to sum up: In atraditional sense, higher resource not only affected by political, economic and historicalfactors,but also influenced by other factors like culture, geography, and otherenvironmental reasons. From the development of three regions of Jiangsu Province.,ithas a very great relationship that lead to the lagging development in northernpart.Because cultural, transportation development equal lagger than southern part. Onthe contrary, the strong momentum of development of northern part due to its cultural prosperity, and well-developed transport and superior location inseparable.The fourth part mainly to describe university town as the integration of resources tocontribute as whole to economic and social development.Firstly,it introduces theintegration NanJing XianLin University Town in sharing cultural resources andproduction-teaching-research combination.Then from eight American researchuniversities in Boston area,it heip to promote the development of regional economy.Fromthe comparison and the reference,it hope to use the advantage to constuct the otheruniversity town in central and northern parts.The last part is according to the present distribution of higer educational resourcesin JiangSu Province,this paper aim to shrink the differences between the three regionsand put forward the coordinated suggestion: strengthen the university town’sconstruction of middle and south part,to reinforce the construction of higher vocationaleducation,and to share the higher educational culture within the same region.Only in thisway can coordinate the development of higher education in JiangSu Province and thewhole society can be harmonious developed.
