The education of life and culture adopts effective strategy to implant the correct,reasonable and scientific life philosophy into the minor’s life and study by the way ofteaching minors the knowledge and skills of life and culture. That can make the minor’sdecisions and actions follow the principles of life, the minors will master the learningmethods of life and culture, and form the emotion, attitude and values of life and culture.This paper expounds the meaning and purple of the education of life and culture, andhow it’s important to the minors. In this paper, I analyse the main problems of thecontemporary Chinese education of life and culture. In family,“6+1” mode of family,“double bag policy” of parents, the “fake” favourable circumstances in life and the reasonwhy family pay attention to bias, these reasons lead the methods of the education of life andculture to lack scientificity; in school, the teacher’s inadequate understanding of the educationof life and culture, the lack of the education of life and culture in the educational curriculum,the lack of system architecture in the education of life and cultures, the improper applicationof life culture psychological counseling, these reasons lead the education of life and culture tolack the overall planning in school; in society, the social environment influences thedevelopment of the education of life and culture, the social institutions can not satisfy thedemand of life and culture, the social resources lack the sharing of the education of life andculture, social function lacks the integration of the education of life and culture, all of theselead the education of life and culture to lack attentions. These educational problems promotethe development of the education of life and culture in family, school and society.The author experienced into the minor’s life and study, obtained a large number of realcases and theoretical basis by the way of observation research and literature review, andgradually carried out the research of the education of life and culture. This paper expoundsthe strategy of carrying out the education of life and culture in family from fourdimensionalities. We should improve the culture of family environment by the way of sportsfitness, setting up the ethos of family and goal-directed behavior, and that could make theminors understand the life correctly; pay attention to the result of natural education, moral education and mood education, enrich the spiritual culture of family and understand the life;develop life skills, labor skills and coexistence skills, guide the behavior culture of family lifeand get the life skills; complete the cultural value of life and embody the meaning of life.We should process cultural education and improve the quality of minor’s life by the wayof clearing the concept of “wonderful life classroom”, building the mode of “wonderful lifeclassroom” and summarizing the teaching methods of “wonderful life classroom”. Toestablish independent school-based curriculum of life and culture, gradually permeate theeducation of life and culture into the teaching of varied discipline, implement the courseeducation, and make the minors experience the life and culture from the activity andcomprehend the true meaning of “life”; to establish parents council and parents school,gradually form join forces of education, proceed “three-in-one combination” education andexpand the “life space” of minors; to take care of the growth of minor’s “life” by the way ofactivity education, psychological security and sports health education. Through exampleshows, I sum up the exploring course of the education of life and culture in school.Through the national system, the research of social education of life and culture couldimprove social environment and optimize the minor’s growth environment. To understandthe value orientation of minor’s life through the way of establishing archives of minors. Todraw materials from the actual life, pay attention to the practicalness and operability ofeducation, build practice base and promote the initiative development of minors. To open thegreen channel of factories, proceed the competition about innovating skills, use socialresources to cultivate minor’s spirit of innovation. By the way of participating in socialactivities, building the life education base, providing training opportunities and enrichingminor’s life experience, we can cultivate the minor’s social responsibility and help themreflect their value of life.The minor’s education of life and culture is a integrating education which includes theschool education, family education and social education. The “culture of life” is ancient,fashionable and interesting. It’s the development and extension to the life education. Throughresearching and summarizing the policy of social education, the influence of minor’s lifevalue orientation affected by the concept of school education and the methods of family education,and the changing of minor’s behavior and thoughts after implementing the researchof the education of life and culture, the education system will be perfect gradually. Under theguidance of education of life and culture, minors set up the way of thinking and the culturalform based on scientific life view, outlook on life and ethics. Making the minors grow upwith the education of life and culture, making their way of act reflect to the value orientationto understanding life, caring for life and respecting for life. Let the minors achieve thewonderful life by the same time of chasing life ideal and life value.
