Under today’s globalized cultural background, more and more attention to the world and continue to tap their own national culture. However, just look at our nine-year compulsory education process, students learn or manifested in varying degrees of neglect of the local culture, people Unfortunately, this lack of nutrition teaching native culture is the current shortcomings of the shortcomings of language education. But pleased that, with the deepening of China’s basic education curriculum reform, the country has a growing emphasis on language education humanistic spirit, pay attention to the social reality, which is the extension of the so-called language and life extension equal.This paper follows the "Basic Education Curriculum Reform" spirit, in the investigation of Gannan local cultural and educational status quo, based on the Gannan local culture into Chinese school curriculum vision to study, try to design the corresponding Chinese school curriculum architecture. Which, in theory, full attention to absorb new ideas based curriculum development, the theoretical possibility of Gannan local cultures used in school-based curriculum resources show; in practice, referring to the parts of the more successful cases, and combined with my teaching practice and Gannan local culture with its own characteristics, initial construction of a more reasonable Gannan local cultural language-based curriculum designed to develop new models.The main part of this paper consists of four sections:The first chapter outlines the school-based curriculum and the local culture from the theoretical framework and brief summary can be used as school-based curriculum resources Gannan local culture; Gannan chapter began to explore the local culture as the language of the value of school-based curriculum resources and development conditions; s Gannan local chapters of Chinese culture-based curriculum design, conception; Chapter IV series of personal reflection and recommendations for local cultural Gannan Chinese school curriculum proposed.In summary, this paper Gannan local culture their own values, the value analysis programs discussed by trying to build the development, implementation of the program, attempts to explore the school-based curriculum resources development and utilization of ideas and models for curriculum reform of basic education in our country, especially at the local of the basic education curriculum reform to provide some of the search path, so that the local culture-based curriculum to become a meaningful extension of the existing language courses, language education to expand horizons and improve students’ overall language literacy.
