With the rapid development and popularity of computer technology and Internettechnology, the new media like "micro-blog" rapidly rises, which has a great impact onthe field of education, so micro course emerged. Micro curriculum is a product of"micro" era, with a short time, small capacity, clear objectives, highlight the theme, theadvantages of easy communication and learning, students and teachers like it very much,and with strong practicability and maneuverability, it becomes a popular learning styletoday. The call of the times makes the micro curriculum a new curriculum form. It willbring education reform and study efficiency.In this paper, the author first made an introduction to the micro course, andsummarize the domestic and foreign research status of micro courses, the shortcomingsof the traditional history teaching mode, and also points out the purpose andsignificance of the research and scheme; combined with the characteristics of microcourse again and the theoretical foundation, the author pointed out the micro coursedesign principles in history teaching, based on high school history subject content, fromthe theory and Practice Research on senior high school history and the micro coursedesign case, and analyze the effect of application of display and micro course in historyteaching in Senior Middle School; finally, summarize the advantages of micro courseand the current problems in teaching, and put forward the corresponding suggestionsand measures, and how to embed micro course into senior high school history teaching,and the future research direction was discussed as well.
