The new curriculum reform of high school teaching management presents new challenges and requirements, how effective reform of teaching management in order to better promote the implementation of the new curriculum, is worth studying the problem. We should see the new curriculum for teaching management challenges, while also pointing out the direction and objectives of the reform. Based on the above, this article through the control of modern management theory and school management theory, combined with the new school curriculum for educational management challenges raised in middle school educational administration to define the main content on the basis of the existing educational administration adapted to the new curriculum and teaching presence diagnose problems, put forward countermeasures to improve educational management.Specifically, this paper discusses the main basis for the idea of asking questions, analyze and solve problems for the three levels.
