With the rapid development of the economy and society, people’s material living standards have been greatly improved, but the change of living environment makes their spiritual world become more and more barren. People focus more on material and money than on the spirit and values. There is emptiness of the spiritual world, no goal in life and life consciousness, which seems to be a true portrayal of part of the adolescent in the present.In addition, due to the influence of the college entrance examination system, high schools have been targeting improving students’ achievement as a ultimate goal for a long period of time.In teaching, students’ achievement is still considered as a fraction of students’ comprehensive quality. This educational value with utilitarian forces teachers to train and require students in a single model in teaching, which ignores the guidance of students’ mental health development. Therefore, carrying out life education in high school teaching is an inevitable trend.Life education is a kind of education,which pays attention to persons’ life growth process according to the laws of development of human.It is to guide the people to respect life, love life, reverence for life, perfect life and improve the life quality. In the high school teaching, because of the Chinese subject’s rich human resource and the close relationship to the life,it is playing an incomparable role that other subjects are without.Carrying out life education in Chinese teaching has a positive effect on life growth and development not only on students but also teachers, specially young teachers.This paper mainly discusses the role of the young Chinese teachers in life education in three parts:The first part expounds the connotation of life education and the relationship between life education and the Chinese subject, and puts forward the significance of implementation of life education in Chinese teaching;The second part analyzes the special role of young Chinese teachers in life education from their own characteristics, and outlines the requirement for them;The third part discusses the way to implement life education through Chinese material, writing and class activities in language teaching.By analyzing the relationship between the young Chinese teachers and the life education, this paper hopes that the young teachers make philosophy of life education as a idea to guide the students to cherish life, reverence for life, face life positively and realize the value of life ultimately.
