Under the background of the development of Higher Vocational Education of our country, the quality of the construction of teachers is the top priority of the construction and development of the higher vocational colleges, young teachers has gradually become the backbone of teachers in Colleges and universities, to assume a more important role in the teaching and scientific research work, the overall quality of vocational college young teachers is directly related to the success or failure of the construction of higher vocational teachers. However, like other social people, young teachers in higher vocational colleges play multiple roles, such as teachers, ordinary citizens, children, parents, and so on. And young teachers in higher vocational colleges is in the role transition, career has just started, life of young teachers is in by a single to love, to marriage and child rearing these various stages of the role play. Multiple roles in the role of the role of the transition is very easy to make the role of young teachers in Higher Vocational colleges. Therefore face and deal with good young teacher’s role conflict is higher vocational colleges in the construction of teachers’ team, a key ring, but also in Higher Vocational Colleges in a new round of rapid development of competition has taken the lead in the leading position, it is necessary to.In this study, through access to research data of domestic and foreign teachers’ role conflict and related issues, the discussion and the study of theory and research, based on the core elements of higher vocational college young teachers role conflict, the actual situation in Chongqing city young teachers in higher vocational colleges, relating to the preparation of the questionnaire and interview outline and field investigation of Chongqing as part of the public and private higher vocational colleges. The survey results were analyzed to obtain the following findings:Finding I. Chongqing higher vocational college young teachers have obvious role conflict, mainly including: role conflicts mainly include teachers’ role in the conflict, teachers’ role conflict; the teacher’s role conflict mainly include: outside of the different expectations, ability and to improve the dimension; teacher’s role conflicts mainly include: multi role conflict and work life role conflict dimensions.Finding II. here are obvious differences in the role conflict.Finding III. there are significant differences in the type of conflict and the degree of conflict between public higher vocational colleges and private higher vocational colleges.Finally, combined with the survey data and interview data analysis of the causes of the high vocational colleges in Chongqing, the reasons for the role conflict of the young teachers. And combined with the actual from the social level, the school level and the individual level of teachers to put forward some countermeasures on how to alleviate the role conflict of young teachers:Countermeasure I. at the social level, clearance means to guide social set up a correct and good in Higher Vocational College Young Teachers’ role expectation and requirements, do not exaggerate the image of teachers, respect and a correct view of the young teachers’ work.Countermeasure II. at the school level, higher vocational colleges should optimize of young teachers management system and mechanism, try to avoid the multiple management of young teachers, help the material of young teachers; seriously young teachers learning, for the training of young teachers open more paths.Countermeasure III. at the individual level of young teachers, young teachers should on their own have a clear understanding, strengthen the training of their own ability to enhance awareness of the; increase in family, career, and between different roles conversion ability; expectations and demands of different roles between the contradiction, able to distinguish between primary and secondary, so that timely separation of roles.
