Counselor is the backbone of the ideological and political education, and one of the main management of school classes, students’ daily affairs, in the colleges and universities the dual role of teacher identity and management cadre identity. Medical colleges and universities school counselor is a component part of college counselors team. Of the counselor’s career management at home and abroad at present, there are some research, but to the school counselor, especially in medical colleges and universities school counselor career management is the lack of in-depth research, not managers to provide advice for medical colleges and universities. In this paper, therefore, Hainan Medical College for nearly10years of stay in counselors as the research object, the medical colleges and universities school counselor career development research, can make up for a lack of research at home and abroad, for the career planning of university counselors and effective development guidance.In order to guarantee the excellent talents to keep I used, guarantee the school to develop new generation, Hainan Medical College every year to select some outstanding undergraduate faculty as instructors.
