People just like to enter the information age in21st century, in this age, people’s social liferely heavily on information technology everywhere. It can be described as IT and that haspenetrated into every aspect of people’s lives, and learning. It has also brought enormous changes.The development and the change of the access to information make that people began to eagerlypursue working and learning efficiently, conveniently, easily. By this time, the micro-era quietlycomes, and impact on today’s Internet again, bringing new changes to the way of reformingeducation. In the advocacy of <primary language new curriculum standards>, Today, literacyteaching of traditional teaching model has been actively breakthrough, and discover a moreefficient, convenient, easy to literacy teaching. Emergence and rapid development ofmicro-lecture for the inquiry to improve the efficiency of providing literacy teaching opportunity.This article is intended by the Investigation of Present literacy teaching analysis and studentdemand, demonstrated literacy class micro teaching resource needs, the analysis of the literacyclass micro-lecture resource specifically designed as a case designed and applied to the actualteaching in order to improve the efficiency of literacy teaching primary grades, and to exploreways of information technology and the depth of integration of traditional literacy teaching, toprovide better assistance to designers and educators primary language micro lesson content.The author first collect relevant literature and relevant information, and then analyze andcombine, elaborate micro-lecture research status. Then, the author features micro-video,micro-lesson and other related concepts of micro. Then, the author describes the theoretical basis.Secondly, in order to understand the current situation of low-grade literacy teaching, the authorselect a small sample and conduct research, including student questionnaire and interviews withteachers, collecting statistical data. Analyze the main problem of the current literacy teaching,and Put forward corresponding measures. Then found that micro-lecture and correspondingsolutions have a certain degree of fit, and demonstrate the necessity and feasibility ofmicro-lecture resources. In order to provide a more favorable evidence, the author further investigate the needs of learners. Thirdly, based on the second chapter and the relevanttheoretical basis, as well as the needs of students learned the third chapter surveys, combiningwith previous research experience, proposing design principles, such as micro-principle, theprinciple of academic orientation and so on. Following literacy teaching law principles, based onADDIE model, discussing the design process in detail. Fourthly, I selected literacy teaching ofthe third primary language text book "narrow view" as a case, conducting a micro-mission formdesign, and teaching process design, and script design. And then recording video using PPT wayof micro-lecture case. Fifthly, the author implemented the cases, collected related data, obtainingthe experimental results, proposing strategies and recommendations.By summarizing research findings, find that micro-lecture of literacy can effectivelyimprove students’ literacy efficiency, and help improve students’ interest in literacy, and stimulatestudents’ enthusiasm for literacy, and cultivate students’ ability to self-literacy.
