Entering the21st century, the pace of social life gradually accelerated, a series of tiny things popping up, such as micro-blogging, micro-micro, micro-news, micro-movies and so on. Micro-lecture, with its snappy features adapted to the community’s rapid needs for knowledge and is hot topic of Chinese teaching in primary schools. At present, micro-lecture have been brought into the teaching by part of the primary school Chinese teachers, but teaching effect is not obvious, low frequency and so on. This paper analyses the characteristics of Chinese learning in primary schools and micro-lecture design principles, made specific teaching design, In this paper, based on the characteristics of the micro-lecture teaching, and analysis the relevant elements of the micro-lecture, explored the effective application of way.First, the concept of micro lecture has been defined and described through literature research, but also the characteristics and type of micro-lecture has General and summary, demonstration of the using micro-lecture of feasibility in primary school Chinese teaching; the present application situation of the micro-lecture through interviews, questionnaire method carried on the thorough investigation, analyzed and summarized the results; then, analyzed the characteristics of Chinese learning in primary schools and micro-lecture design principles, and according to the Dick-Carey (W.Dick&L.Carey) teaching design mode, combined with primary school grade four Chinese material contents established Chinese micro lecture design dimensions, proposed the concrete teaching design implementation plan.Then the teaching cases were implemented in students, that they come from the four grade of Xingqing district NO.21primary school, and then made a test volume survey of the teaching effect. Finally the paper analyzed the test results, and expounded the effects of the application, then thought back to the application of micro-lecture teaching.
