As the top level of the higher education, the postgraduate education plays a directand important role either in terms of technology or from the perspective of socialdevelopment. Postgraduate education is not only the sign of the quality what theuniversity has cultivated, but the mark of university’s scientific research level andinnovation ability. It is can be said that postgraduate education is the key to improve thecomprehensive national power. However, the scale of the education expends rapidly andthe quantity of the graduate also increased greatly since China entered the stage of “ThePopularization of Higher Education”. The quality of education is automatically paidclose attention. In this context, both the study on graduate education quality assuranceand evaluation model, and the research of the related issues has become a common andsignificant object. In addition, the diversification trend has made the evaluators becomethe one of reviewers. In this context, the study of graduate education quality assuranceand evaluation and related issues at home and abroad has become a common concern ofmany scholars to explore an important issue.Based on the research at home and abroad that is associated with the quality ofgraduate education, the thesis makes a definition for the words of “The Quality ofPostgraduate”,“The Evaluation of Postgraduate Quality” and “The Quality Assuranceof Postgraduate”. The thesis explores the main factors with the respect of internal andexternal environment using the method of SWOT. The thesis analyzes the quality ofgraduate from three parts: input link----training link----output link, on the basis ofpostgraduate’s characteristics and at the same time issues the survey to the specificgroup. According to make a comparison to the relationship of the factors, the thesissummarizes the key factors to improve the quality of postgraduate. Take the currentstatus of postgraduate’s quality in China into consideration, the thesis comparestraditional evaluation methods with the improved one such as “The Standardize”,“ZScores”,finding the problems and putting forward the suggest that can improve thecurrent situations.Under the help of computer technology, SPSS and Excel, the thesis collects andanalyze the survey data. It not only improve the reliability of evaluation results, but alsoreduce the cost of evaluation. Finally, more complete the evaluation process is, more fair the evaluation result. Moreover, the thesis makes a empirical analysis ofre-evaluation by citing several cases, proving the methods of evaluation that the writerput forward are feasible and practical.
