With the rapid development of China's social economy,the country's demand for high-level and high-level talents continues to increase,China's colleges and universities began to gradually pay attention to the cultivation of academic postgraduate talents with a solid theoretical basis and the ability to conduct scientific research.The outline of national medium and long term education reform and development(2010-2020)has clearly proposed to "vigorously promote the reform of postgraduate training mechanism",which puts forward new requirements on the ability of China's academic postgraduate students,and the quality assurance of academic postgraduate education has become a key issue in postgraduate education.As the main body of running schools,colleges and universities play a key role in strengthening the construction of internal quality assurance system in education.In this study summarizes and analyzes the academic master's internal quality assurance system of graduate education,research,on the basis of combining the academic graduate student training in our country's actual situation of the construction of the internal quality assurance system,from the relatively mature and academic master's internal quality assurance system of graduate education,construction experience,using literature analysis and comparative research,to our country academic graduate student training to study the internal quality assurance system,the full text is divided into five chapters:The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,and defines relevant concepts,and clarifies research ideas and methods based on the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter,combing and analyzing our country academic master's internal quality assurance system of graduate education,the status quo,to borrow a representative data for our academic graduate student cultivation factors of internal quality assurance system of teaching quality,curriculum,training methods,dissertation and students five aspects elaborates the evaluation and analysis.The third chapter,through the analysis of the status quo of the internal quality assurance system for the cultivation of academic postgraduate students in China,deeply analyzes the problems existing in the five aspects of teacher quality,curriculum setting,training mode,dissertation and student evaluation,and elaborates the specific forms of problems from multiple perspectives.The fourth chapter summarizes and analyzes the relatively mature internal quality assurance system of academic postgraduate training in the United States,expounds how American universities implement quality assurance measures in the process of academic postgraduate training,and mainly provides experience for improving the internal quality assurance system of academic postgraduate training in China.The fifth chapter,by studying the American academic graduate cultivating the advanced experience of internal quality assurance system,as well as the thinking and summarize our academic graduate student cultivation problems existing in the internal quality assurance system,at present our country academic master's internal quality assurance system of graduate education,put forward to solve the problems of countermeasures,for the future of our country academic graduate student training problems that may encounter in the process of rationalization proposal is put forward.
