Left-behind children is the focus of the last ten years since there is a growing concern, because I participated in the "One Park service station" into the X Town Central Primary School in Zhaotong City as a volunteer, and thus come into contact with groups of children left behind, the author of unstructured interviews and questionnaires respectively, and other forms of school teachers and children left behind to collect data and needs assessment, carried out in the perspective of the theoretical advantages of peer support groups, through group activities to discover the six crew members of their own potential to establish self-confidence, creativity, train crew team spirit, mutual assistance education so that members can be optimistic look at themselves and others to start their own lofty ideals. This article aims to enhance the peer support of children left behind by the team working methods, make it more healthy and happy growth.This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter describes in detail the background, and significance, but also recalled the left-behind children related policy documents, and related policy documents of the interpretation, and provide a framework for the entire study; the first Chapter II reviews the previous studies on the situation of children left behind, and the results of previous studies are discussed and summarized; the third chapter of the survey data collected for analysis, needs assessment of children left behind; Chapter is a peer support group activities demonstrate the process, and evaluation activities; chapter is a summary of the article, the author of the peer support group activities were to reflect the actual situation and give advice:pay attention to the role of peer support, enhanced peer Mutual force; strengthening the school’s educational support; promote school cooperation with professional social work organizations; promoting the establishment of the school social worker station.
