Learning transfer is widespread in a variety of learning, “Teaching for Transfer”is generally popular in the education, which greatly reflects the importance of transfer in the teaching. And the transfer rule has an important guiding significance and great practical value in high school mathematics teaching, and pays a helpful role in improving teaching effectiveness.Based on the relevant transfer theories as the guiding ideology, the essay fully understand and master the theories and their characteristic. By using literature research and historical research method, it analyzes the ins and outs of their development, realizes their respective advantages and disadvantages, and understands the current status of the research. At the same time, using observation method and interview method, the essay understands the characteristics of the students in learning mathematics based on the survey of in-depth conversations with students and observation on students learning. In accordance with the characteristics of the high school mathematics and combined with the basic idea of the new curriculum standards, the essay gives a thorough analysis of the factors which influence mathematics learning transfer, and then concludes the main factors affecting high school students mathematics learning transfer. Finally, efficient and effective teaching strategies in learning transfer rule are proposed systematically in high school mathematics teaching: Stimulating the motivation and improving the interest to promote the transfer of emotional attitude; Reasonable arrangement of teaching content to strengthen the link between the old and new knowledge; Reasonably generalizing mathematical knowledge to improve students’ level of generalization;Guiding students’ analogy to promote the occurrence of transfer; Emphasizing the teaching of mathematical thinking to reveal the nature of mathematics; Cultivating the capability of mathematical language translation to promote learning transfer;Reasonable organization of teaching examples.
