To adjust to economic development,the rapid development of technology and the conversion of the main contradiction in the new age,the curriculum standard also come up with new requirements on the quality of talent training.In the new curriculum standard,it is mentioned that mathematics education should have the function of developing quality-oriented education,and quality-oriented education mainly underlines develop students' innovative thinking and ability to put ideas into practice.This demands that students have good migration ability,only students to the existing knowledge and skills,flexible use,to achieve innovation and solve practical problems.Even many psychologists and educators have put forward the slogan "teach for transfer",which is enough to show the significance of the law of migration in teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the transfer ability of students' mathematics learning and put forward the corresponding teaching strategies,which meet the standard.This paper mainly use document research,questionnaire survey and test survey.The research contents are as follows:Chapter one: This paper sums up the study backdrop,significance,contents and methods of mathematics learning transfer.Chapter two: explain the concept of learning transfer,the types of learning transfer and the development of transfer theory,and on this basis,further explain the factors affecting the transfer of mathematics learning.Chapter three: the investigation and result analysis of the mathematics transfer ability of the junior high school students.The following conclusions are drawn: senior two students are easy to transfer old knowledge,but not easy to transfer new knowledge;Students of different learning levels also have obvious differences in the transfer of new and old knowledge.Chapter four: according to the above findings,a series of teaching strategies to promote the transfer of mathematics learning are proposed,and the teaching case of "the vertical judgment of line and plane" is designed to improve the transfer ability of mathematics learning.The teaching strategies to promote the transfer of learning are:to motivatelearning interest;Emphasis on mathematical analogical transfer;Emphasizethe summary of knowledge;Teaching students strategies for solving problems the connection between knowledge;Arrange the teaching method reasonably.Chapter five: the research conclusion and the research shortage caused by the lack of teaching experience,the lack of ideological understanding and the limitation of objective conditions.The transfer of mathematical learning can make the function of mathematical cognitive structure more powerful and make mathematical knowledge and skills effectively transformed into mathematical ability.We should attach importance to the use of transfer law in high school mathematics teaching,promote positive migration,improve teaching efficiency,and promote students to develop into socialist builders and successors in an all-round way.
