Based on the standard of the math basic education curriculum reform, mathematical education is not only to equip students with modern learning, mathematical knowledge and skills necessary for life, but also to develop studentsrational thinking ability and innovation ability. Students rational thinking ability andinnovation ability reflects students migration, students only on the basis of themastery of knowledge and skills in use of rational thinking ability to innovate, toachieve development of students. If a student does not have a migration can not useknowledge to solve problems, be a negative impact on the development of students.Frequent occurrence of a mathematical knowledge or skills in mathematicaleducation, superficial students understand, can not distinguish the difference betweenknowledge or common knowledge among the principle reasons, can not generalize theknowledge or skills hinder new knowledge orskills, is not conducive to learning ordevelopment of new mathematical knowledge or skills, this is negative migration inmathematics learning. Mathematics learning often negative migration, affect theenthusiasm of students, reduce the efficiency of student learning, and a negativeimpact on students physical and mental, and hinder the development of students, which is contrary to the essence of quality education. Therefore, study mathematicslearning negative migration causes, develop appropriate solution strategies toovercome the negative migration generates mathematical learning, promote positivetransfer to enhance students self-confidence, and promote students physical andmental health is importantThe process of this thesis is based on the migration theory, psychological theoryand mathematics pedagogy, empirical methods to investigate the use of literatureanalysis, questionnaire survey and interviews and other methods to study. The maincontents of this paper are as follows:The first part: The issue and Research. This part set forth the background andbasis of the question; comprehensive carding and summarized the researchers did study this issue, conducted a literature review of the issue. The second part: Theoretical basis. This part of the elaborate mathematicallearning transfer theory, the concept of transfer of learning mathematics, classification, mechanism is reviewed; constructed based on the theoretical basis of mathematicallearning negative migration causes. The third part:Junior high school mathematics learning survey and analysis of thecauses of negative migration. This section focuses on the use of questionnaires andinterviews, testing and analysis of the the negative migration causes of the currentjunior high school students in math learning, investigation and analysis involvinggrade, gender and academic performance; interview analysis based on thecombination of the number of trapped students draw the junior high school math tolearn the reasons for the formation of the negative migration. The fourth part: Analysis of the causes of the junior high school mathematicslearning negative migration. This section focuses on system analysis and discusses thesurvey results. First combine the survey results with the actual mathematics teachingcommon mathematical negative migration phenomenon the the classified summary;based on cognitive factors and non-cognitive factors that affect students mathematicslearning occurs in the junior high school mathematics learning negative migrationreasons for analysis and discussion. The fifth part: Overcoming the junior high school mathematics learning ofnegative migration strategy. This part is focused on the fourth section presents themathematical learning causes negative migration, given to overcome the junior highschool mathematics learning negative migration strategy from two aspects affectmathematics learning in cognitive factors and sub-cognitive factors to promote thestudents positive transfer occurs to provide a theoretical basis.
