Analyze On The Path For Non-Governmental Organizations To Participate In The Public Sport Service

When it be confronted with the "12th five-year plan" channeling the public sports service in to the basic public service which is the needs of the people’s livelihood,our public sport service has a long way to go.It’s an important task to meet the people’s demand in public sports services areas.while at present, our public sport service is facing with supplying problems.Such as lack of efficiency or the government does not work effectively.The main reason is the non-governmental organizations’ participation is not enough.Although,non-governmental organizations gradually participate in the public sport service after reform and opening,government still dominate the supply of the public sport service.Quest an effective path to participate in the public sport service must breakthrough those predicament between government and non-governmental organizations.My paper focuses on analyzing current situation and problems of non-governmental organizations in the public sports services areas and using Path-dependency theory to analyze how the path is formed.In the end,trying to explore a right path for non-governmental organizations to participate in the sport public service.Hope it could be advantageous for building a harmonious socialist society and perfecting public sport service system.
