The passive teaching that students only listen to what teachers say still exists in current mathematics teaching of senior three. In this teaching pattern, teachers strengthen students’ knowledge by large amounts of exercises and testing them by high-density weekly tests and monthly exams, which turn senior three students to machines to solve the problems. Such a heavy burden makes them miserable. It seems to lead to limit their ability to analyze and solve the problems rather than stimulate their interest in learning or improve mathematic cognitive ways and thinking strategies. Therefore, to explore Efficient practical teaching of senior three can help to accelerate the reform of high school mathematics classroom, cultivate students’ innovation consciousness and innovation ability, and promote the development of quality education.Wanning Middle School attempt to reform the teaching mode and bring in this efficient one for several years. Efficient practical teaching should be based on exercises and take guidance as the means. After students finish the exercises independently, teachers find and summarize all the possible problems in their exercises, then together with the students, fulfill the teaching task. As for senior three math efficient class, the purpose is to create a more efficient review teaching mode, that is, exposure and solution. The disadvantage of traditional teachers’ aimless explanation will no longer be seen in this mode. Students’ questions will get a real solution and the teaching efficienc y will be improved.The article according to the author teaching experience for many years in Wanning middle school. In my research, many approaches are included, like questionnaire, comparative research and interviews. The first half of this article will raise the problem and give an introduction to the Efficient practical teaching. The second half will analyze the result of the survey on teachers understanding of Efficient practical, compare the new teaching mode with the traditional ones by studying some teaching cases, prove the effectiveness of some methods advocated by Efficient practical teaching concept, such as using teaching plan and learning plan together, make full use of some selected simple questions, make breakthroughs by well- chosen question groups, etc. Finally, draw a conclusion and make a reflection, the content as follows.The first chapter, it will raise the problem under the new curriculum and give an introduction to the Efficient practical teaching.The second chapter, it will introduce the Efficient practical teaching for different opinions, then give the author’s points. At the same time it will points out the Efficient practical teaching’s main characteristics and theoretical.The third chapter,it will investigate the Efficient practical teaching’s situation and analyze the result of the survey on teachers understanding of Efficient practical, compare the new teaching mode with the traditional ones by studying some teaching cases. It is concluded that the concept of learning and teaching reflection are good, but the application is bad,at the same time it analysised the cause.The fourth chapter, it will be compare with the Efficient practical teaching and the traditional teaching. First of all, there are researched in mathematics motivation, classroom learning,and after-class learning, it is concluded that the performance of the mathematis motivation and after-class learning in the Efficient practical teaching are increasing, but the classroom learing is no differences in two modes. Then through the experiment to research the development of mathematical ability, it showed that the symbolic operation, the application of innovation and ability to analyze are increasing. but logic thinking, reading ability and spatial are no differences in two modes. Next, there are analysis the relationship of the gender and the efficient teaching, it is concluded that the boy are improving. While the female students in symbolic operation ability, space imagination and analyze are promoting. Finally, according to the students’ scores in tow modes,it showed that the good students are improving at the liberal arts,the other are not improving. The science group are improving in the Efficient practical teaching.The fifth chapter, it will be analyzede the cause of teaching plan and learning plan together, make full use of some selected simple questions, make breakthroughs by wellchosen question groups, and gived the effective analysis in teaching, teaching material and method.The sixth chapter,it will conclusion the experiment in the efficient teaching, and give the view in the students psychology, teaching mode, teachers and students, at the same time it will be rethinked the experimental research.
