At present, China's primary and secondary education are deeply affected by the exam-oriented education. Hence, there is a tendency to pursue the rate of further education. Senior high school education is especially serious in this aspect because the teachers and the students face the NMET directly. And the NMET becomes the only criterion to evaluate schools, teachers and teaching. Therefore, intellectual education plays a very important role in nowadays'education and the advocated all-round development is ignored.In December 2007, Shandong Province issued the "Basic Norms of Ordinary Primary and Secondary Management of Shandong Province" , which normalized the curriculum, hours of workdays, schedule, the amount of homework and standardized the examination and evaluation mechanism. Taking the senior high school education as a breakthrough point, Shandong province plans to carry out the quality education in the field of basic education.Quality education does not conflict with the college entrance examination. As the only way to evaluate the students'learning the college entrance examination will exist for a long period of time. Nowadays, even the course time is greatly reduced than before, the content remains unchanged and the college entrance examination has not changed in accordance. How can we make full use of the limited time to help our students achieve the overall improvement of quality and marks at the same time? This is becoming a really serious problem facing us staff and students. In my opinion, we can solve this problem by improving classroom efficiency.The present paper is to discuss how to create the high efficiency math classroom and how to realize the high efficiency from the following aspects.The first part of the paper introduces the background of the current implementation of quality education in Shandong Province In real teaching, a wide range of inefficiency and teaching errors still exist due to the impact of the previous classroom teaching.The second part of the article introduces the concept of the high-efficiency classroom. Then it analyzes the characteristics of high-efficiency classroom. In addition to the characteristics of other subjects, senior math has its own unique characteristics .Senior high school students'age characteristics, psychological characteristics and level of education are also included.The third part describes how to build high-efficiency classroom. It first introduces the requirements of the quality education for high school math and then the author puts forward his points about how to build high-efficiency math classroom.The fourth section describes the basic operation mode and puts forward some views and ideas and the real cases about the implementation and analyzes the efficiency of them.Part V is the experiment to test the high- efficiency classroom by the comparison of teaching in experimental classes and controlled classes and the analysis of examination result. However, limited by many aspects, such as the teacher himself, students, and the experiment time etc, the author does not get very accurate data and detailed analysis. But in later teaching, I'll try my best to continue the experiment to get more detailed and accurate data.
