With the changes of the times and the rapid development of society,the continuous innovation of education has gradually become a powerful force for our cultural rejuvenation.Under the current strong background of the new round of education curriculum reform,the teaching of basic knowledge alone can no longer meet today's more and more diversified educational needs.Only by comprehensively improving the comprehensive quality of students,especially the cultivation of autonomous management ability,can we meet the requirements of the subjective education concept that our country has been adhering to.Classes are not only the basic units for schools to carry out various educational and teaching activities,but also the cradle for students to cultivate their independence and autonomy.Therefore,scientific and effective class management is more conducive to promoting the improvement of students' autonomous management ability and the overall development of comprehensive quality.This article mainly used the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and observation to study the self-management of junior middle school classes.Through consulting a large number of literature and research materials,the basic concepts of this subject are defined.This paper expounds in detail the theoretical basis and characteristics of autonomous management in junior middle school classes and makes the statistical analysis on the results of the practical surveys of students,teachers,schools.It clarifies the problems existing in autonomous management of junior middle school classes.This paper further explores the causes of the problems from the following perspectives: the backward concept of the head teacher's education management,the insufficiency of the students' autonomous management ability,the constraints of the educational system and the lack of a scientific evaluation system of the class management.And put forward the concrete constructive solution strategy.This study holds that students' subjectivity should be taken into account in the process of autonomous management in junior middle school classes.The age stage of junior middle school students determines the enhancement of their inner independent consciousness.Therefore,in view of the characteristics of junior middle school students' physical and mental development,this paper focuses on improving the countermeasures and suggestions of autonomous management of junior middle school classes.To strengthen the autonomous management of the class,I also put forward my own thinking.Only by renewing the teacher's educational management concept,highlighting the students' principal position,promoting the process of class self-management step by step,and making use of the consensus and active cooperation reached by many parties,can we form the joint force of education together.In the whole process,we should be guided by the requirements of the new curriculum reform,aiming at realizing the autonomous management of junior middle school classes,and striving to build a real,reasonable,scientific and effective class autonomous management model.The purpose of this paper is to change the class management from traditional teacher-controlled to student-independent by implementing the self-management mode of junior middle school students' classes.In the process of participating in the whole class management,students' autonomy,independence and creativity can be brought into full play,so that students can learn to respect others and be strict with themselves,which is conducive to enhancing the sense of collective honor and promoting the healthy and comprehensive development of students.At the same time,the construction of a scientific self-management evaluation system for junior middle school classes fully conforms to the current theme of secondary education reform.This study enriches the theoretical basis of self-management of junior middle school classes,and also provides some reference for further improving the effectiveness of education and teaching management in the future.
